Terms and refunds

What you're buying
A full reading costs $5.00 USD and a tarot-only reading costs $1.00 USD. Each answers one question. A full reading combines astronomical positions calculated for your birth details, your upcoming transits and one randomly drawn tarot card. A tarot-only reading uses three randomly drawn cards. Both are interpreted by an AI model. Readings are for guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions of guaranteed outcomes, and they are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details.
Refunds
- If you paid and the reading did not arrive, the page lets you retry for free with the same payment. If it still fails, email us at roseyusra24@gmail.com within 14 days with the date and the PayPal transaction ID and we will refund you in full.
- If you were charged twice for the same question, we refund the duplicate.
- Because a reading is delivered immediately, a delivered reading is not refundable because you disagree with it.
Your data
Your birth details and question are sent to our server to create your reading and kept for up to 120 days so you can retrieve a reading you paid for. Saved charts stay in your own browser. We don't sell your data.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy a reading.
